Certain religious benefits

Hey all, I was curious about the few religious choices that say "Generates X when city has 3 followers" and such.

is that just when it has 3, or 3 or more? There are other that say "more than X", but these few specifically don't.


If you need more of a descriptor, I can go find the actual choices.

In all cases, it's actually N or more.
