AI Competence Elimination Thread

Yet another elimination thread. There has been many discussions on the forums about which leader is always on a runaway or always underperforming, here is a thread where we can discuss all about the abilities and personalities of the different AIs and what makes them so strong or so weak. Which leader do you think is always getting pushed around and never accomplishing anything? Which leader is always threatening to win the game and giving you a hard time trying to survive or keep up? May the best AI win. Same rules apply, -3 and +1.

I play mostly continents.
+1 Alex - going with the popular choice here. So aggressive and makes use of his early UUs well to beat down neighbours. After which hogs CSs like crazy and get all the bonuses from them. Really hard to beat for any VC.
-3 Liz - Never makes friends and so willing to denounce = everyone hates her. Makes a navy but never use them for conquest. Parks the ships at bay and waits for a land army to destroy her. Really likes Piety and Aesthetics too which doesn't make good use of her uniques. Later makes a ton of AA guns which are pretty useless.

Expansive and intelligent enough as an AI to defeat most of its neighbours, makes good use of free roads by planting cities everywhere and benefits well from extra production, almost always a runaway.

-3 Askia
Never seems to do much but sit in a corner with 2 cities and like 3 mandelaku cavalry for the whole game. Doesn't understand how to use the UB nor the aggressive tactics Songhai demands.

+1 Catherine : I don't know how but even with useless UA,UU & UB ,in nearly all my games she is runaway or a serious competitor.
-3 Gandhi : In all (and I mean all) my games Gandhi has never been able to even be noticeable (most of the time loses capital before industrial era)

+1 to Casimir. He's usually a very strong foe, and is consistently running away.

-3 to EZ-bella. She's just bad and irrational. She typically has 2-3 crappy cities with nothing on them, always ignores natural wonders, loves backstabbing even when it's a very stupid thing to do and she can't possibly gain anything.
