If I buy Civ V Gold edition on steam and then the Brave New World expansion do I have the "complete" edition with all dlc etc?

All except the two recent (post-BNW) "Scrambled" maps DLCs.

I don't think you'll have the 2 new map DLC's, but they're useless anyway. I'm more than certain you can get earth map mods, and there's superior stuff done by the community already, like map scripts.

I wouldn't say useless (the random interiors at least make them different from a regular map), but they have diminished utility.

If you act quickly, you can get them for like $1.25 a piece on Steam, though, which I'd say is worth the price.
