Hundred Flowers Bloom Achievement???

I am playing CivRev 2 on IOS and I am having a tough time unlocking the Chinese Hundred Flowers Bloom achievement. Online posts say to just win as a Chinese leader but I have done that in many ways with no unlocking. I have won every way on lightning mode chieftain but also on random Diety mode.
Any suggestions??

According to the in-game achievements list, you have to win a culture victory as China, and have the Great Wall wonder.
