Another thing that needs to be done is switching Cixi with Wu. I don't think the two would have similar traits, or personalities, or even diplomacy text! I *THINK* Ekmek's DL might have some of this included, but I think it is still worth discussing especially if we want to keep the traits spread around. I'll take a look at some information on her and see what my initial thoughts on what her traits should be.

Not a whole lot to go on, well from Wikipedia at least, for civ traits. At first glance, and without looking at what we already have in our combos, I'd say Organized/Imperialist with Beuracracy as her favorite civic, and Buddhism as her favorite religion.
 
Switching Cixi is no prob. She didn't have a very appropriate trait combo anyway (Sea, Pro)
I will check the best choices for Wu, but Org/Imp doesn't sound too good as we already have two base leaders there (Charles V, Seti)

@Capo: I came here to upload your updated CIV4GameText_DiplomacyText_BTS.xml file, so you don't have to work with that.
I changed some lines for Meiji, Ogedei, Kim Jong Il and the Trung Sisters. You should check these changes whether you like them or not...
Also made some small bugfix to Afonso and other various leaders

@Xyth: I like Wu's diplotext, but I think Meiji's not very reflects his personality. He was way more into modernization and was very progressive AFAIK
Though if Capo wants to, maybe I add Wu and merge some of Meiji's lines in the next version...

I was running through the LHs, checking diplotexts and personalities, and noticed quite a few is still missing
Afonso Henriques, Mongkut, Menelik, Theodora, Wu Zetian, Ahmadinejad, Mandela just to name a few.
I know some of them won't be in the main release, but still. It would be nice to see all of them ready...

Btw Capo, did you see the updated CIV4GameText_DiplomacyText_BTS.xml?

I wrote personalities for Afonso and Ahmadinjead, Capo should have 'em. Linked 'em in the old Diplomacy thread, if you wanna get 'em over there. They're all in a rar.

Maybe the rar I have is not the final one? There are 76 leaders...

Either way, a couple leaders are still missing, even besides the ones I already mentioned in my last post. Could you do personalities for them?
 
Alright, I haven't had a lot of time lately but today I'm going to do some modding. :goodjob:

I don't really know which personalities I have and have not installed, normally I put them in as soon as they are posted, but if you guys notice any that haven't changed in the playtests or just looking through the files themselves it would be nice if you let me know.

I'll try to fix some of the diplomacy texts soon, but that is obviously not a major priority as it doesn't effect gameplay at all.

Afonso might be missing, then. Weird. I know he was in my list -to- do, must have accidentally skipped him.
 
Remember, I need something for Wu who will be replacing Cixi. I think Ekmek actually provided some stuff but it wouldn't hurt to double-check his work.

You can't do a personality based on her actual reign, since she didn't really do that much. You can't base anything off the first ruler she was with, since he's -in- Diplomacy, so I guess if you wanted a a personality with some bit of historical accuracy you'd have to go for Gaozong's accomplishments.
I could do that, if you want. But, in the end, it's probably just better to give her a mainly random personality.
