Affinitities as Yields - Advice

Love this mod... this is the way the game should have been..

I recently won my first game at Soyuz level... Hutami...Won with the Supremacy victory at turn 245....

3 questions..

1. What is the best turn that someone can win with this mod
2. I ended up with so many spies, stealing science, that I ran out of things to research... did this mod change spying or did I discover what everyone else knows???
3. Is there a winning strategy using this mod??
