I've been modifying science tree with the editor but i have many problems

My idea was to actually link technologies from different ages to make it more realistic... but i couldn't do it properly, i had to move all the technologies to the ancient age, and then i had to accomodate all the science advisor screen.

Do you know how can i do this with the science advisor screen being accomodated automatically? without me having to bother with x,y coordinates? Thanks.

This is the science tree I've been working on but couldn't apply properly yet... well i can, but it won't look good on the science advisor screen just.

All Mesopotamia and Egypt tribes start with writing, polytheism, bronze working and masonry. The others i'll see what i do.

I just have problems to implement it with the science advirsor screen, and also the arrows don't make any sense...

The Units will be changed too: To build a Cathedral u need not only Mysticism, also Construction and Masonry.
For Temple, only Polytheism and Masonry.

I could make all the units be one citizen to make a bit more of sense. And the Settler one citizen too.
First unit is Warrior that doesn't change, doesn't require anything.
Ancient fighting units beside needing iron works, will need Warrior Code
Archers will need warrior code, barracks, but should be able to bombard with the arrows.

To build road u need pottery
To build mines u need mountains or hills and also Gun Powder.

I couldn't stop the gold system, so the commerce will be the same, in the ancient times there was trade, exchange of things, etc , but not gold or any currency at the beginning.

Terrain values:
Mountains and Hills will give some production, no gold no food
Grassland 2 of food 0 production, 0 gold
Plains 2 of food, maybe 1 production, 0 gold
None of the terrain give gold except the ones who have gold.

I need to rework the naval units yet.
 
Make a new Tech, that requires Polytheism and Pottery, that Results in the Temple.... Maybe Since Egyptian Walls were covered in clay tablets depicting multiple gods, then the tech could be something relating to that!!
