I don't know what has changed, but I've been playing "the road to war" mod and all of a sudden when I either load a saved game or go to the next round, sometimes the list of what units I can create changes. I get tons of messages from my cities saying they cannot continue making this or that and the item in question is no longer an option. For instance I was playing as England and suddenly I could only build Japanese tanks.
Anyone have any idea what is going on? I have tried reloading the mod, reloading the game, moving the install files out of program files, but nothing seems to help.
