Does anyone know how I can have access to/give me a png/psd of the Civ 5 gloss effect on emblems?

I tried making just the sheen layer and let me tell you - it's rather tricky to do. Truthfully it's just something you have to do whilst making the icon.

That's for icons, I think, not civ emblems.
