Finished long game, want to look back if something happen...

I finished a game with Russia, lead tech, with England in game.
Unlocked a lot of steam achievements with this play but unfortunately not "From Russia with Love" (kill English spy as Russia).
Since I got aware of this possible achievement, the English didn't try to steal a tech...quite all others rivals did.
Is there a way now, from end game saves or something, to find out if they managed to steal a tech at some point? I'd like to go to a prev save and try to unlock it cause I'm never likely to play another game as Russia like this.

The only way I know is to check through the notification log, but I wouldn't want to be the one to search an entire game for something...

Hmm, I don't have the game near now but was that enabled by default cause I didn't do anything before to enable or something?
