Steam Download, No Manual

Recently I purchased Civ 3 Complete on Steam. It was $4.99. Great deal. But the problem is I can't access the manual. Steam's page simply freezes up on me.

Anybody got an idea? How big's the manual to upload somewhere? Or email?
