Hello, I've played CivRev for the DS for about half a year, and a while back I discovered a cheat granting you unlimited milta (literaly unlimited).
The first step of unlimited milta is to create a new game, and settle your first city right next to a barbarian city, like one tile away close. Your adviser will tell you a milta has been formed to protect your city. With your new milta on your size 2 city, move the milta off the city tile and the adviser will pop up, say the same thing, and will grant you another milta for your size 2 city. Repeat for as long as you want and when you've had your fill on milta, just fortify the next one and the milta spout will stop pouring. This might just work for the DS, but it would be interesting to know if it worked for the 360 and PS3
