More dynamic turn options?

Hello! Right now, the turn timers for multiplayer can be set to specific time quantities such as 60 seconds per turn. However, there is a problem: when you get later in the game (perhaps somewhere in the late classical/early medieval era), 1 minute turns are impossibly short.

The only dynamic turn timer available that has time increments as the game goes on is the default or "0". Still, it can be a bit too long, depending on the game. My suggestion is that they take off the numbered turn timers and replace it with two variations: "Default" and "Dynamic".

Default is what we already have if you leave the timer on "0". Dynamic, however, would be more advanced. Instead of simply increasing the time allotted with every turn, it would increase by small increments with every new unit that is built and every new city that is settled. This way, if everyone was mainly going with small armies and tall empires, for example, the turns would be much shorter than if everyone had large armies and wide empires, just like it should be.

What do you think?
