Citadel bug

Hi,

I'm surprised that this bug has been left out. Now as I play on gigantic map, perhaps I see things never tested...

The citadel only provides 30% defense, the bastion 40% defense. I have modded them to proper values in my own personal mod.

Please don't open a new thread for each comment on features. There exists a major thread...

btw, you seem to be one of the persons that have the idea that everything is a bug...what do you think shall be wrong with the citadel?

a "bug" is something that does not work properly. A feature is not a bug.

I admit it is my mistake, the 2 last levels are on top of the previous and are not replacing them, so that's indeed not a bug.
