What is SCC? Its a fansite for Civ3, Rise of Nations and Rome: Total War.

We are currently reconstructing our main site, and have just restarted our forums using Invision Power Board for enhanced features.

I have a message very clear there.... that the forums are down and wont be up for a little bit. We are skinning it and customizing it.

Though most other sections work, except Scenario Reviews...
