Can't overwrite my save games

I can't overwrite any of my save games. I happen to have a spot open on steam cloud I could use to save but otherwise I wouldn't have been able to save any of my games.

This is the a new game that was started after the patch.

Can't see why that would happen other than your C: drive being 100% full, not even 1 MB left free to write a new civ5save to it. So... unlikely, but how much free space do you have on C:?

Your right, that isn't what is happening. The game is actually saving. What isn't happening is the name of what is being saved. Currently playing as Spain but my saves are still showing under the name of my last game which I played under Pacal. I didn't realize it was actually Spain until I clicked on the save game and saw it.
