No Descriptions in Scenario

I made a scenario with my own premade maps but there is no description of anything in it. The description button for anything has a green line around it and you cant click on it to read about units terrain ect. It is not like that in a normal game that isnt a scenario though. can anyone tell me how to fix this?

You need to copy a describe.txt file into your scenario and edit it for every improvement, Wonder of the World, government, terrain, and unit you've edited and included in your scenario.
