We already have a Ukrainian unit and I couldn't find anything else for Myanmar.

We already have a Ukrainian unit and I couldn't find anything else for Myanmar.
Oh, forgot about the Ukrainian UU (another Do'h moment
). Than that works, I mean, they ordered 1000 of them, that makes it pretty unique to Myanmar 
.Is Ukraine allowed to use it? Or only to store it?

Hmmm.... then we have a predicament. Should we push all the UU's back one (Russia get Black Sea Fleet, Ukraine gets BTR-3, and Myanmar needs a new one)? Or we an keep is as it is? Sandman, what are your thoughts?
Edit: Sandman, you beat me once again... What do you mean 50% versus aircraft? I think it should be more like this (to make sure it isn't overpowered)

I couldn't find a different unit for Myanmar and I think that the BTR-3 is more for Myanmar than Ukraine. We could use my new suggestion as the Ukraine UU and keep the BTR-3 as the Myanmar UU

Yeah, lets keep it for Myanmar, and use your proposal for Ukraine, though look at my suggestions in my last post, what do you think?
