mods won't show or load (anymore?) :-o

in my modding angst i re-installed
BTS ~ to make sure it was really my mod that was bugged
sure enough it was some sort of syntax issue with my mod
and completely unnecessary, but ~
now i notice my Realism Invictus won't load anymore
and no other mods i've downloaded will show up or load : \
by the way the mod i was working on surprisingly works fine, except that it
won't play hot seat anymore without crashing : \
got 3.19(?) patch and i add mods to the bts mod folder.
what goin on? :-o
