As you know, there is on the script.txt file the 2 entries for "We love the ___". (this is the italian version, but the syntax is the same).

#WELOVEKING
Celebrato il giorno del 'Noi ti amiamo, $TITLE0'.

#WELOVEKINGOVER
La celebrazione del 'Noi ti amiamo, $TITLE0' è terminata.

The problem is: how substitute the Leader title with the gov. specific title instead? For ex. "We love the Shogun" to "We love the Comrade"?

I have found that for the first can work

#WELOVEKING
Celebrato il giorno del 'Noi ti amiamo, $CITY2'.

But for the other?

Also, an idea: someone can make a animation with plane that writes "We love You!" with smoke as fireworks replacement?

I don't think it's possible. As said in script.txt :

The "$" character indicates a string is to be substituted. The $ is followed by the name and ID of the string, as in:

Greetings, $PLAYERNAME1.

In this case, the ID of the string is 1. The name of the string is for informational purposes only, so $PLAYERNAME1, $NAME1, $STRING1, and $WHOZIT1 are all equivalent. The names themselves do NOT need to be translated, although translating them won't cause harm as long as the numerical ID is left alone (except in the case below).

Or.. You could try to replace the '1' with others numbers and saw if you can find the good one. Perhaps it could work.
