Freeze

People I need help !!!
I've played civ before the patch and it runs ok,but when I go to 1300-1400 AD the game freezes.So I said ok I'll wait for the patch and then I'll play it again.
But I installed the patch and the game freezes after 10-20 turns from the start of the game and 2-3 turns if I continue saved game.

So if any1 can help,pls do so.

Got the same problem myself.
Are now at 1525AD , problem started around 1300AD .And every time another Civ contacts me it starts to freeze . Then every unit starts to freeze.
I can play like this , but it will take me forever to end the game. anyone got a clue?
