It's a big modpack which basically changes everything in the game. Try it!

You haven't played Civ until you've tried one of the big mods like Rise and Rule. It will change your whole perspective on the game.

Thanks. I downloaded it a few days ago and that was my general thought. It has a lot of pretty awesome changes to it though. I especially liked some of the unit mods. I'm thinking the tanks don't lose to the spearmen too much in this game.

all right, rise and rule is downloading, but i looked in my ptw folders, and in extras i only found medieval japan, not ww2

edit: nevermind, i figured it out.

i found it's in conquests, but i don't have the right version. i went to civ3.com to download v 1.22 but it opened a new window saying the url can't be founded. does anyone have a link to download the new version?

okay i've encountered 10000 problems with it, but i managed to download and install v 1.22. the rise and rule mod says its not a civ3 type file. it's icon is a box filled with books, and it's file type is an application. i installed it into civ3 conquests, but i still can't get it to work
