Missing Civs after installing brave new world

title pretty much says it all. after i installed brave new world a few civs from Gods & kings were gone like the celts , netherlands etc. is this normal?

It is not normal if you have a legitimate copy of the BNW through STEAM.

If you have a pirated copy, it is against the rules to discuss here.

2nd post this week on this. Also is your game pirated? Steam should auto install all dlc together.

This sounds really fishy.
