Camel archer?

On the Wikipedia page for CivRev, the civ list says the Arabian Empire has a unique camel archer model, and it's "not in the Xbox 360 version". Civ lists at other places (such as CivFanatics) make no mention of this unique unit.

What does this mean? Is the camel archer PS3 version-only? The Nintendo DS, iPhone and iPad versions don't have these civ-specific unique unit models at all, right?

Never heard of it before. I don't think it's in any version, nor the Egyptian chariot.

By the way, the "special" units aren't very special. It's just a different model. They work exactly the same.

I understand that the UUs are purely cosmetic. They sometimes overlap with the civ's special ability (Longbow Archer, Samurai Knight, Keshik, Impi Warrior), but this isn't a consistent rule.

In the DS version, the UUs have special names without special graphics. Perhaps the iOS versions are also like that.

There's concrete proof (as in, from the game's internal text file) that "Crossbow Archer" was also planned to be a UU. According to some preview info, it was meant to be the Chinese UU.
