Yes, you can rush the World Bank and UN

First off, this is an indirect way. What you do is rush the same wonder in 2 cities(obviously you need about 15k gold to do this). One city will complete the wonder, the other will carry over production which you can use for the World Bank or UN. Probably works better for World Bank, since you guaranteed have the gold to do this. It also only works if the wonder is >500 resources also.

Hollywood is 600. Internet is greater than 500 (I want to say 550 or 650 but I can't remember off the top of my head). Manhattan project is 750.

Those are the ones I can think of.

Military/Industrial is 500. I think the Monetary win is by far the easiest of the peaceful wins. I wish they would add at least 5k to the total before you can build the bank. Now this find just makes the whole thing even easier.
