UPCOMING:
The Ozarks, New England, and Townline

Finally, its about time you get a thread, I have been a real fan of some of your work for a long time, Appalchia, Cascadia, and Vermont in particular so I can't wait to see what you come up with next.

So these are the USA Split civs, nice.

Somehow I feel Las Vegas is underpowered, could it build twice as many National Wonders instead of unique Casino Wonders?

It's kind of hard to explain how Vegas works. All of the Casino Wonders count as World Wonders technically, but they're not unique versions of their regular World Wonders. They're wholly unique buildings. The one thing that I actually have been considering with them is lowering the cost of military maintenance in order to build larger armies.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, the Casinos are also cheaper to build than their real-life counterparts.

Have you ever thought of doing some sort weird civs like Franklin or maybe a Watauga civ in future after finishing some of your upcoming prioritized civs, I am especially looking forward to your New England Ozark civs as I know they will be something special, have you also planned out any designs for them.

I was thinking of making a joke-civ based on Townline, NY which seceded from the Union more or less by accident during the Civil War. They rejoined the union after WWII when they realized what they had done. To this day, their fire department has the Confederate flag on their uniform and their town motto is "Last of the Rebels," despite the fact that all but 5ish of their soldiers fought for the Union.

What, no joke civ led by Emperor Norton? :D

I wrote up a horrifying version of the US led by Norton for White Wolf back in the day, but I doubt it would be fit for this forum, much less mod development.

It would probably be pretty easy to create an "Empire of the United States and Mexican Protectorate" mod led by Emperor Norton. During his "reign" he called for the creation of a bridge between San Francisco and Oakland, and also for the investment by the city into creating Airships. Seeing as pontoon bridges and airships both already exist in the game that would be pretty easy.

Empire of the United States and Mexican Protectorate
Norton I
San Francisco
Red and Blue 13 Stars
UA- Imperial Decree: Gain random bonuses every time a new Social Policy is selected. (Population Growth, Science, Faith, Gold, Free Units, Great People, Barbarian Attacks?, etc.)
UU- Airship - Replaces Lancer. Available at Steam Power. First Hovering Unit in the game. Upgrades to Helicopter Gunship.
UI- Suspension Bridge - Available at Engineering. Allows work boats to connect two landmasses separated by one tile with a bridge. These bridges function as roads.
