UA Bluegrass Spirit: Each source of Iron, Coal and Copper in Appalachia provides +2 and double quantity.
UU Longrifle: Replaces Musketman. Has a 1 tile Ranged Attack along with a weaker Melee attack than the standard Musketman. +2 Movement in Hills.
UI Moonshine Still: Available at Metalcasting. Must be built on a Hill or near a source of Fresh Water. No two Moonshine Stills may be adjacent to one another. +1 Gold and +1 Production. +2 Culture and +2 Gold upon discovery of Railroad.
UA Oregon Lyceum: All cities get a free Market. Adopting new Social Policies costs 10% less Culture.
UU Pioneer: Replaces Settler. Can defend itself from enemy attacks and is not penalized by rough terrain. Does not stop city growth while it is being produced.
UB Outpost: Replaces Arsenal. Aside from the Arsenal's standard abilities, the Outpost also provides +2 Gold from sources of Furs, Truffles, Deer and Coffee (More Luxuries mod only) worked by the city.
UA Latter-Day Saints: Missionaries do not suffer from Attrition. Deseret gains a bonus to Faith based on total amount of land it controls every time a city adopts a Religion that it founded.
UU Nauvoo Legion: Replaces Rifleman. More expensive to produce. +3 per turn when Garrisoned. When starting its turn on the same tile as a Settler, both the Nauvoo Legion and the Settler receive +2 Movement.
UB Bishop's Storehouse: Replaces Windmill. Does not require Flat terrain. No Engineer Slot. Aside from standard Windmill abilities the Bishop's Storehouse also provides +2 Food and +2 Happiness.
UA Crop Rotation: Upon discovery of Steel, workers may plant unique Corn, Soy, Oats and Longhorn Bonus Resources on Plains and Grass tiles.
UU M4 Sherman: Replaces Tank. Less expensive to produce and starts with the unique Fury promotion, which lets it repair faster outside of friendly territory, provides a bonus to combat against gun units, and a penalty to combat against other armored units.
UB Meat Packing Plant: Replaces Factory. Requires 1 source of Coal. +15% Growth and +2 Production from each source of Cattle, Horse, Sheep and Longhorn.
UA The Strip: Cannot build World Wonders, Settlers or Annex Cities. Instead constructs Casino Wonders that contain one various Great Works slot and provide +2 Happiness, +1 Culture and +1 Gold. Land Trade Routes extend twice as far.
UU Mobster: Replaces Machine Gun. Cheaper to produce but lacks a ranged attack. Can sell exotic goods to City-States twice.
UU Capo: Replaces Great General. Aside from standard Great General abilities, the Capo may puppet City States.
UA Fourteenth Star: 50% of excess Happiness contributes towards the Culture cost of next social Policy. +2 Happiness from Cities.
UU Green Mountain Boys: Replaces Musketman. Costs more to produce and has a bonus against fortified units. Capable of pushing back defending troops, which take extra damage if they retreat.
UI Sugarhouse: Can only be built on a forest. Provides one source of the Maple Syrup Luxury Resource. (+4 Happiness. +2 Gold. +1 Food.)
