So, if it's not Haiti, then it must be some other religious Mesoamerican civ. Perhaps the Olmecs?

Help us out here, is the civ modern or ancient?

Wouldn't this be the 4th? Colonialist Legacies, More Civs, and DJSHenninger already have a Mexico.
