well that's the issue. whenever i start a new game and found a city, in the city view screen the gold info shows -4 gold. whatever i'll just add some screens about this problem.
as you can see top bar show -4 but when you hover your mouse on it, the values are
not true.
the real problem is; there's an option that calculates "surplus" on gold production.
negative surplus values even goes more when i settle another city..
btw "TXT_KEY_YIELD_SURPLUS" thing would've been "Gold surplus 5-9 = -4"
that stuff gone wrong too while i tried to fix by my own.
