I have downloaded the world builder and the IDE for civ 5 BNW however every time I try to create a map and input a city I am not seeing the new DLC civilizations that came with BNW same goes with the IDE in game. I can only use about 10 base civilizations. has anyone experienced this and know how to fix? Did I download these incorrectly?
