I just finished a game on monarchy with Inca on the Earth 1000AD scenario. It was a tough start since I had virtually no tech at the beginning, and were about a dozen tech and a full age behind the Europeans (the mountain peaks were quite an obstruction until I build my first galley). At the end, the England won the space race, and I ended up in 5th place behind Montezuma, with a score of 1539 (think I was researching democracy last). So I am just wondering, has anyone actually won the game with a native tribe (i.e. Inca, Aztec) on monarchy or higher level, if so, how did you do it? If not, what is your finishing score?
