I've been playing Civ 4 casually for since its release.
Can anyone either explain or point me in the right direction in finding info/tips on all levels of the game--mainly above the noble level?

Goto : Civ4 -> Beyond the sword -> Assets -> XML -> GameInfo + open the civ4 handicapinfo.xml file
