I think Bismarck should not have an enormous strength. Incase it should have 1 or 2 first strikes because it had not a very strong armored hull but it had 8 very heavy guns. (Bismarck vs. HMS Hood: Bismarck shot 5 shells that hit and sunk the HMS Hood.)

I think Panzer VIII Maus's strength of 44 is not enough. It was not a heavy tank... It was a SUPERHEAVY tank. Strenght of 48 would be better. (The movement of 1 good.)
The ability of ranged bombardment would be good too because it had a big 126mm gun. (Bigger than normal artillery.)
