Differences between Civ Rev PS3/X360 and DS?versions

I enjoy playing Civ Rev DS, but I've seen some threads saying that you can do certain things in the big console versions that you can't on the DS (for instance, disband units). The other thing I know about is the exclusion of the Civilopedia & no DLC. Aside from the obvious graphical differences, what are the other differences with the DS version?

The galleon seems to have 2 moves on the DS, and 3 moves on the Xbox/PS. Can anyone confirm this?
