New Missions for Bombers;

Precision Bombing - Single out a particular building/improvement in the selected tile which your bomber attempts to destroy. Lowers Evasion (-10%) and Success(-10%). Can also target structures 'in progress' to reduce their progress. Made available by Technology (after initial availability to build Bombers, maybe Lasers?)

Carpet Bombing - Chance (50% per unit, 15% per building/improvement) to damage each unit, destroy each building (if city) or improvement (if not city) in the selected tile. Drastically lowers Evasion (-25%). Made available by Technology (after initial availability to build Bombers)

Blitzkreig - Chance to reduce cities population by 1. Chance reduces depending on size of population, (like at 10 it would be 50% decreasing by 5% for each lower, raising by 5% for each higher) representing the difficulty in hitting smaller populations. Lowers Evasion (-10%) (after initial availability to build Bombers)

New Missions for Fighters:

Air Superiority - Selects a tile, engages any 'Intercepting' air unit. Recieves bonus to that combat (+25%) to represent its readiness to engage the interceptor. Made available by Technology (after initial availability to build Fighters.. Radar or something like that)

Patrol Airspace - Selects an city controlled by enemy player, chance (50%) to engage any enemy air units and missiles active in that city or making actions within interception range. (Effectively Interception on enemy cities). Made available by Technology (after initial availability to build Fighters)

Kamikaze - Select a tile, destroys the air unit to do destroy a random unit, building or improvement in that tile. Gains a bonus to Evasion (+20%). Made available by Technology (after initial availability to build Fighters probally a Loyalty technology)

New Missiles;

V Missile - Select a tile, chance (25%) to damage each unit in the tile, chance to destroy a random building or improvement (5%). Limited Range (like air unit) First level missile, available with Rocketry (or earlier), possibly German unique unit.

Conventional Missile - Select a tile, chance (75%) to damage each unit in the tile, chance to destroy a random building or improvement (20%). Mid-range Missile. Replaces first level missile, move Nuclear missiles to Fusion etc.

Chemical Missile (SCUD) - Select a tile, chance (80%) to damage each unit in the tile, and chance(20%) to deal damage to units in adjacent tiles. If a city also reduces the city population drastically. Mid-Range Missile. (Available with Chemistry +Missile Req (Possible Iraq unique unit))

Biomissile - Select a tile, chance (80%) to damage each unit in the tile. If a city also reduces the city population drastically, temporarily reduces generation in surrounding tiles, representing the land being infected. Probally 10 turns. Mid-Range Missile. ( Available with Bio Warfare (new Tech)+ Missile Req.)

New Air Unit

Predator Drone - Basically an automatic reconnaisance unit, activate it in a city and it automatically reveals a large range around the city as though it was under a Reconnaisance action. May have the ability to bomb units..

Just some ideas to make the arial stuff.. interesting :)
