Will all the Wonder/Icon packs be available for purchase?

I got the DLC pack that came with my game, but I want the other two as well. Any word on if those will be available for purchase in the future?

Nuts... no one knows or has heard anything about this?

I pretty sure the other DLC with be available to all, a month or two from now. I'm really not sure why they made the rest of the other fans wait, as oppose to just making it free for the pre-order versions.

Does anyone know of a way to get a code somewhere so that I can get some of the DLC? My game was purchased used just recently so I missed out on the pre-order code goodness.

Also... what was in the pack?

It is even more strange. The DLC is ready since long. They even released it for PSN (in Europe) a couple of weeks ago but pulled it back after a few hours. 2K Elisabeth said in the official forums that it was the wrong timing to realease it for PSN and that they therefore took it back. The reason was not that it was buggy or anything like that, just wrong timing. It sucks! If it is done, let us get it.
