Does culture from pantheon improvements count towards tourism after hotels, etc.?

So hotels and airports provide 50% of the culture from Improvements, which it says as Landmarks, Chateaus, and Maoi Statues.

But what about if you have a pantheon belief that, say, generates +2 culture from each wine or incense resource? Does that culture contribute towards tourism after you get hotels?
