Awesome work on the Tercio unit, it looks gorgeous.
Maybe, if mixing up units like this is possible, you can try it internally, by putting the Pikeman model on a horse for the Conquistador unit. (thinking about it, the Cossack rider would make a cool infantry unit for another civ...)
