how to disable all about technology/research

I want to create a mod in specific history time.

Every civilizations wil be given some base technologies at the beginning of the game so that each can build buildings/units in that era.

However, since every turn is short (month-based), I want to get rid of research/technology thing so that no research/technology appears in game. That's to say, no technology popup dialog asking what next technology you want to develop, no technology tree in advisor screen. Is it possible?

Furthermore, if I also want these: no research rate adjusting bar ("+/-") on top-left screen, research rate doesn't show in city screen, no city can build "Research", no citizen can be changed to scientist which provides research output, no great person can benefit to research output, etc. Is that possible?

Any help/idea/comment is welcomed.
