The insect buildings require silk in the vicinity of the city. I have seen them in only one city in one game so far.

which is still a very misleading prereq... eventhou silk is the only resource related to insects, they live EVERYWHERE!

I would call it a crazy prereq
. Edible moths and caterpillars etc. are common, but this makes them an order of magnitude rarer than the silk moth which is already quite rare. I don't mind if Assassin Bugs and such are rare, but generic moths, caterpillars, cicadas etc. should be ubiquitous in their climatic range.

Except we don't have cicadas in Australia we have something almost identical except in DNA.
