So I'm playing Greece. Emperor. I am really powerful I allied with a ton of CS's thanks to Patriot Tree or w/e its called. Anyway so I'm playing and all of a sudden I notice I have a Khan. Which is a Mongol UU. I look at my Militarisitic allied CS's and none of them give Khans. Glitch?

Assume you've taken the Patronage closer (BNW) (replaced the G&K policy Educated Elite, which had the same effect): Adopting all policies in the Patronage tree will cause allied City-States to occasionally gift you Great People. Kahn is one such potential gifted Great Person.

In BNW, you can also get Merchants of Venice, which can buy city-states 
Worse yet; if playing the Mongols (& actually completing this tree): You will curse the computer when you get granted the regular Great General instead of a Khan.
Playing Venice, you can also be granted the regular Great Merchant as well.
Playing Venice, you can also be granted the regular Great Merchant as well.
