Description of problem - for some reason, whenever I contact the Incans, the background music doesn't fade and give way to diplomacy music like it's supposed to- instead, both play at the same time.
Steps to reproduce - start an epic game. Attempt to contact the Incans in the ancient age.
Observed result - The background music does not shut up and the diplomacy music plays at the same time.
Expected result The background music should fade when the diplomacy music starts playing.
