HUGE mod request, please help me

Hi. Can someone please change the colors of Germany in Civ5 BNW into either Black with red borders (like barbarians- this would be preffered) or Red with black borders (like Poland, and likewise change Poland's to Germany- i don't mind)???
And then change their symbol to German Reich's flag or emblem?
