Think you might help me. Crash on multiplayer.

Hi civ fanatics! I have a problem, and i hope someone can help me, (assistance does not answer after 4 days :\)
When i try to join or host a multiplayer match, my game crashes to desktop. Simple.
My pc is 8gb of ram, a quad core of cpu and 1gb graphic card
Win7 64bit.
HALP MEH.
