Nuclear mushroom cloud and Fall out graphics stops showing on launch.
It's pretty annoying cause it's one of the cooler features in this game.

You may have automatic combat on, now it sometimes turns automatic combat on, if you go on strategic view and when you go off all the units don't do fight animations, or your computer isn't powerful enough

Thanks I'll try this strategic view tip. It's not a computer issue, as it's fairly new and quite powerful.
