Burial Tombs: BNW version

Removed +2 Happiness.

Added great work of art/artifact slot.
All Burial Tombs built before the discovery of Archeology provide an artifact once Archeology is discovered.

Archeology was pretty much born in Egypt so I think Egypt deserves some merit for that in-game.

But then an Egyptian player could get 50+ artifacts by just building burial tombs.

I don't know how strong artifacts are to make a judgement call on that one.

Artifacts are as strong as any great work: +2 culture and tourism.
