Which modpack

I recently found my CIV2 disk (loved the game and spent tooo many hours playing) and was able to install it on a Win 7 laptop. As I started playing I noticed that one of my favorite parts was missing. After the space ship lands on Alpha Centuri I was able to continue playing there. I noticed that the advanced units (like colonist and teleporter) were not available. I am assuming I need a mod pack. I was going through the description of the ones here but I can't determine which one I need. Please let me know if it is still available and which one.

I don't think the original CIV2 allowed for colonists, etc.

I think the game you need for this is CIV2 Test of Time. I always thought that was a completely different game. It did include the 'original' version of the game (win at Alpha C), along with the Sci-Fi and Fantasy versions.
