Issue With Extenede Game - Ends like Original

Hello all!

I have trolled these forums many a year and have solved many a problem, but I have one that is unique and I'm not seeing anything like this one.

I have tried three times to play an Extended Original Game, and every time my SS makes it's journey, the game ends as if it is an Original Game. If I continue, I can not settle Alpha Centuri, and no score is recorded.

I am fully patched, have the video working, and this is a 100% fresh install. Everything else works no problem. I'd be happy if I could just patch the save file.

Any ideas would be appreciated,

I have done a bit of research, and it seems when I am able to build SETI (about the time Space Flight is offered), all of the TOT advanced dissappear from the Civilopedia and TOT advanced are removed from being selected as a goal.

ANY theories or workarounds would be really be appreciated!

Fresh Install - TOT 1.1 Patch, No Limits TOT patch, Video working and registered.
