Offensive military alliance

Is there are a mod that allow an offensive military alliance (as in, if I declare war against AI, my ally will be forced to declare war too)? Personally, I never see any AI accept "Shall we declare war against..." in discussion nor "Attack Civ" in trade.

"Shall we declare against" actually happens a lot in vanilla if you have a large military.

CBP however does encourage AIs to pay civilizations to declare war on other.
