Leader selection program

Is there an (online) program to select your leader? I remember looong ago having used a program for vanilla where you could select the traits you wanted and see which leaders correspond to this. Since in new dawn much has changed, this won't do.
So anyone know of such a program? I'll probably know them by heart in a few games, but since games last days, this could be a while

You could look into the Civilopedia, select a trait you like, and see which leaders have it.

At the start, with Unrestricted leaders, you can adjust them to suit leader, Civilization.

I know, but the program I'm talking about lets you pick 2 traits, see which fit the billl and show civ information too.
Just being a bit lazy here, I guess.
