Victory conditions : combos of achievments

I've always thought that it would be cool to be able to win the game sooner in the game.

Also, see various posts from myself about non-linearity of the victory conditions, snowball effect and edgy social policies.

Granted it's not very elaborated and very abstracted, but could be a cool way to start and triggering discussion.

What if there would be COMBOS of achievments in different categories (the ones concerning the victory conditions), and if you are doing a sufficient number of "combos" you win the game, independently of the era you are in.

example : you have a bar that you can fill up, when you filled up completely it starts to fill up another bar. This another bar is emtying with time. This means you would have to fill up the first bar a lot of times and quickly in order to hope to reach a victory condition.

For example : for an economic victory, you would have to fill up a first bar with gold, but for you to reach an economic victory you would to fill it up quickly, it is to say with high gold per turn. If you can keep a high income during a fixed number of turns, then you win !

It's particularly true with gold in Civ5, when the income can vary independently of the era. But it's less true for other domains (like culture) in Civ5, that's why the game should be changed in a certain amount of things.
